1. New Client Policy:

 A $50 deposit is required for new clients booking colour or highlights services.

2. No-Show Policy:

Failure to cancel your appointment will result in a 25% service fee and a 25% deposit for rebooking.

3. Cancellation Policy:

A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations; failing to do so will result in a 25% cancellation fee.

4. Late Policy:

Arriving more than 15 minutes late is considered a cancellation and may incur fees.
